Eleven years ago, Mindy Van Zandt had no idea that her RDH Degree from Northwest Mississippi College would ultimately be the foundation and the beginning of her career as a sought out hygiene coach and consultant. Mindy’s ongoing clinical experience provides real world solutions to everyday struggles that RDH’s often face. As an Executive Hygiene Mastery Coach, and by virtue of her training with Fortune Management, Productive Dental Academy, Advanced Dental Hygiene, Hygiene Mastery and Las Vegas Institute, Mindy brings an unbridled passion to educate dental teams and to raise the bar on professional standards leading to unsurpassed levels of clinical excellence. Mindy’s commitment to quality creates a context in which cutting edge technology in dental care can be most effectively provided.

Mindy has a true passion for her career as a dental hygienist. She is committed to constantly improving the quality of life for her patients by providing a balance of knowledge and exceptional oral health in a non-judgmental environment. She believes that everyone deserves more than just a regular dental visit and takes pride in creating a relationship with each patient.  She treats each patient with the same integrity she would her own family.

Mindy takes pride in being part of an elite group who has succeeded as “A Million Dollar Hygiene Team. In this process, numerous patients have benefited from the culture that has been created. She has had the opportunity to excel as a coach in her own hygiene department and has made a drastic impact with her communication techniques and specialized training. She believes she can spread the same outstanding patient care across the nation and is eager to make a difference in other teams.

Mindy’s life’s balance includes being a RDH, Coach, Speaker, Wife and Mother. Her family calls Cleveland, Tennessee home. Her faith, family, and friends provide continuous support in her personal and professional life. She enjoys being outside and active at the river, and supporting her son at his sporting events.
